Should you wish to proceed with the deletion of your GAJA account and the associated personal data, please complete the form provided below. We also require you to visit our main office to undergo identity verification by presenting your ID card. Please note that this process is irreversible — all personal data associated with your account will be permanently erased, unless stipulated otherwise by applicable regulations, such as obligations to retain personal data for specific periods. The deletion procedure may take up to 30 calendar days from the date your identity is confirmed.
