If you wish to proceed with deleting your Gaja account and the associated personal data, please complete the form below. Once submitted, the Gaja team will verify your request. Please note that account deletion is permanent. All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted, except for data that we are legally required to retain in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including mandatory data retention requirements for a specified period. The account deletion process will be completed within 30 (thirty) calendar days after your identity verification has been successfully confirmed.
